Survivor empowerment

Through celebratory events, this ongoing initiative creates a framework for exchange and mutual aid, and strong bonds of solidarity both among survivors and between survivors and the Canadian community. Each year, these events also include opportunities for reflection, mourning, and collective resilience during the period from April 7 to July 5 to mark the commemoration of the Tutsi genocide in Rwanda.
