How can I support Humura's mission?
You can support by donating, volunteering, attending our events, or partnering with us. Every contribution — financial, time, or expertise — helps sustain survivor support, youth education, and commemoration efforts.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. All donations made to Humura are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by Canadian law. You will receive an official receipt for your contribution.
What volunteer opportunities are available?
Volunteers can help with community outreach, event organization, media and communications, research, translation, and youth programs. We also welcome new ideas and skills that align with our mission.
Do I need to be Rwandan to get involved?
Not at all. Humura welcomes all people who share a commitment to memory, justice, and dignity. Our community includes survivors, descendants, and allies from many backgrounds.
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
We aim to respond to all volunteer and partnership inquiries within 3–5 business days. For urgent matters, please contact us directly through our contact page.
Can my organization sponsor a specific event?
